Right of Withdrawal

If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

For an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last delivered good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The affected products;
The email address used for the order.

Providing a reason for withdrawal is not required.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

Return Procedure

Please contact our customer service before any return.

After registering your declaration of withdrawal, you will receive the full address of our competent logistics center as well as the necessary return information.

The goods must be returned no later than fourteen days after submitting your declaration of withdrawal.

Please do not send the goods:

to the sender address indicated on the received package;
to the business address of THEKEY LLC in Sheridan;
to any return address other than the one communicated by our customer service.

Prior contact serves for the correct assignment and processing of the return. The effectiveness of the statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on approval by Alma Pure or THEKEY LLC.

Return Address and Logistics Center

Alma Pure products are manufactured by specialized craft businesses in India using traditional copper processing methods.

International logistics and return processing are handled through our logistics center in Shenzhen, China.

The indication of Shenzhen as the return destination does not change the place of manufacture of the correspondingly marked products, which remains India.

The full return address will be communicated to you by our customer service after registering the return.

Cost of Return

In the event of a withdrawal due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason not attributable to a product defect or an error by THEKEY LLC, the customer bears the direct costs of the return.

This includes, if applicable, the costs of international shipping to our logistics center in Shenzhen, China.

For returns due to a simple change of mind, we do not provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of shipment and delivery and keeping the receipt until the return is completed.

The statutory risk distribution during return transport remains unaffected.

Condition of Returned Products

The customer may only inspect the product to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The product should be:

returned complete and with all accessories;
adequately protected and packaged;
free from damage caused by improper use, impacts, or negligence;
not altered or tampered with;
returned with the original packaging if possible.

The absence of the original packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

However, the customer is liable for any loss of value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary for examination.

A reasonable reduction in reimbursement may particularly occur in cases of:

scratches or dents;
deformations;
stubborn dirt;
missing components;
prolonged use;
improper cleaning;
damage caused by abrasive agents, aggressive cleaning agents, or unsuitable substances.

The amount of any possible reduction depends on the actual loss of value incurred.

Natural Properties of Copper

Pure copper can naturally change through contact with air, water, and humidity.

Material-specific changes include, in particular:

color changes;
a dulling surface;
surface stains;
oxidation;
the formation of a natural patina.

Since the products are handcrafted, minor differences in color, shape, hammering, engraving, structure, or surface may also occur.

Such natural or artisanal characteristics do not automatically constitute a product defect, provided they are consistent with the product description and the agreed quality.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Should a product be damaged, incorrectly delivered, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If possible, please send:

the order number;
a precise description of the problem;
clear photos or videos of the product;
photos of the packaging;
a photo of the shipping label.

Photos and videos help us in examining the complaint but do not limit the customer's legal rights.

Please do not return a supposedly defective product before you have received our return instructions.

If a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery is confirmed, THEKEY LLC will bear the legally required costs of return and subsequent performance.

According to legal provisions, repair or replacement delivery may occur first. Further rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Circumstances Not Considered Product Defects

Subject to an individual case review, the following circumstances, in particular, do not automatically constitute a product defect:

damage due to improper use;
failure to observe care instructions;
fall or accident damage;
normal wear and tear;
natural oxidation or patina formation;
minor differences due to handcrafted production;
damage caused by abrasive agents or aggressive cleaning products;
damage caused by cleaning in a dishwasher if expressly advised against;
damage caused by improper storage or persistent moisture.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in legally stipulated cases, particularly for products that are:

custom-made or personalized;
clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs;
delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The mere opening of the shipping or normal product packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

Products manufactured after receipt of the order but not personalized or individually customized are not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely for this reason.

Reduced products or products purchased with a discount code remain covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund:

the purchase price of the returned products;
the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

Not refunded are:

the direct costs of the return;
additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer;
a legally permissible compensation for value loss due to handling of the product beyond what is necessary for examination.

The refund will be made within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by us.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided valid proof of return, whichever occurs earlier.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
